HDFC Bank Personal Loan - rejected my loan app. without any specfic reason

Sir before it I also applied for personal from your bank online smart apply in revert I got a mail my on 19sep2011 I send this mail detail here .but by local side I found a call sir we are providing you only 1 lak of amount sir so I not taken this amount . after that a meham branch open near by me so I again applied here for personal loan and also attached land fard also for increase my loan amount and some reelection on interest rate but at this time a face a no meaning problem .i attach here all my details .

Dear sir,
On 6th march 2012 I applied for loan application no. 20976178 from meham hdfc bank branch there is dealing person mr. rajesh(9812602000). Sir on 15 march I ask to mr. rejesh about my loan application, he called to hissar head office to mr . virender they say loan application is rejected by reason (you have need at lest 3 year of job experience ) , but I have only 2 year and 2 month of in my government job(m.p.h.w-m) in gernal hospital meham. I attached my offer letter and transfer letter on 15 march . after that I again check eligibility from your bank web site here is mention (had a job for at least 2 years, and a minimum of 1 year with your current employer) . I again discuss to rajesh he give me contact no. of personal loan concern person mr. amit rana(09355524316) but he also reply same you are not eligible due to your job employer, you had 3 year must so we are not login your personal loan file. I also discuss about this matter to meham branch manager mr. Nitin munjal(9034181085). But till date my personal loan file not login .sir please resolve my p.loan request, I suffered at last 3 weak . I think a private bank give me fast loan but I thinking –is it my mistake? Sir I hope you will a favour for me .

Regarding this I found two phone call once from mr. amit rana hissar(9355524316) regional office, others from +911409470059.i attech both call recording with this mail.
But sir still I have not found any positive responds by yours side .

I had used personal loan A/c no. 91802431 issued in the name and style of Mr Pushparaj Singh Parihar.
I had deposited the full and final amount at the time of surrendering the above mentioned PL along with the amount which was told by your collection agent after giving waiver on the PL.
At that particular time of the conversation, your agent he did not tell me that he will not report the settlement as “Settled” & it will be reflected somewhere in the CIBIL report status SETTLED.
As I had already deposited the said amount and settle the case, it is requested that please clarify me “why it is reflecting in the CIBIL report status as SETTLED.”
Most humbly, it is submitted that It should not be reflected like this and it is also requested that please do needful so that the CIBIL report status is clear.

Dear Sir,

I applied for personal loan and have submitted the documents on 08/03/2013 which is collected by your Executive next day verification is done in my house and on 11/03/2013 verification to my office is done.

I didn't get any reply on the same so i called the customer care regarding the status and they have told that your application is rejected. (In the Morning), but afternoon your executive visited again to my house for verification.

I want to know why my application is rejected. As the executive told that i am eligible for Rs.125000/-?
