[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Saving account got hold by credit card team

Dear Team,
I am having an account with HDFC Bank Ltd. I am expecting my PF amount the same account ([protected]). the amount credited in same but the credit card team placed hold over that due to non payment of outstanding. I made a purchase of any amount and they are reflecting very high one. I am trying to follow them by help of mail. they didn’t provide me statement. From last one year I am suffering from illness and I was jobless also due to my illness I have already mentioned reason of Non payment and my medical document with that mail. I already told them, that particular amount is required for my treatment and I am ready to make a payment on EMI basis but they are not replying me on that particular Email.and i have got call from megha that they will not provide that particular amount
I am writing you all because that particular amount require me on urgently basis. and due to that it is affecting on my health badly. I am to seek for the solution from your side.please help me and remove lien from my account.
If due to that ‘’if something happen to me, HDFC Bank will be responsible for same”
