[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — account activation

HDFC Bank — Salary Account Not Activated Yet

My company had opened a salary account (Ac No: [protected]) with HDFC Bank, RT Nagar Branch, Bangalore. Almost a month back they had collected all the required documents (credit card statement as address proof, PAN card and photographs), and according to them account was suppose to activate with in 5 working days which has not happened for next 10 days. I called and informed them the same, then they said they need my credit card!!!!!, okay i provide the xerox of the same. Today again I spoke to them they say the credit card statement got expired (If someone keep one statement for one month under their pillow, by the time next statement generates) so they need the latest one. Again asking for 4 working days ...... I have absolutely no idea when it is going to happen.

Am smitha nadiger am working in mphasis and I have applied for the opening of my salary account in ur bank on 09-09-10 but till now i dint get any information whether my account is activated or not.. The account is opened at bomanahally branch please inform me whether my account is activated or not if not please do inform me what document has to be submitted yet.

I have applied for the opening of my salary account in ur bank thrgh a executive SOURABH 20 days back and received the kit and three days before i got a sms that your account is acctivated now you inform your payroll department to transfer yoyr salary in to your account and i informed my payroll department and they transferred my salary in my account but when i accessed ATM yesterday, no respone was showing annd transaction is declined then i contact to your customer care and they were saying that your a/c is gone in dormant form but i told them how it is possible because my account is acctivated just three days before but i haven't got any clear cut idea. i also asked to inform me whether my salary is transferred in my account or not but also not getting any iinformation.

There is no prior information provided to me for the reason regarding the deactivation of my acc . So i request u to tak some quick action in order to sort out my problem to make me proud that i m a client o[censored]r reputed bank.bank like HDFC is well knowned for its customer satisfaction and if this will happen then how customer trust on HDFC.so please take some quick action.Waiting for your response.
