blocked by bank

This credit card account no 4346 7710 0074 2321 has been settle long back and there is no dues. Please find attached herewith scan copy of no due certificate from HDFC cards.

I am classic bank account holder with HDFC bank for more than 10 years.

So you are kindly requested to remove my name from the list
