Does Insurer reimburse / pay for the investigation -scan?
what is the report of the scan?
If No abnormality detected, then, the decision may not be favourable

I had HDFC Ergo Life insurance policy . i had a viral fever past 10 days and i admitted Sree Ramachandra Hospital, Porur, Chennai. But they did not accepted HDFC Ergo Insurance so i will pay to cash whatever they billed. now what i am to do for claim to insurance. please suggest to me

I am Arunava Datta.I got my Titanium credit card from HDFC and after that got a call from one lady representative of HDFC ERGO for insurance.I told them that no need of that but still they debited the account from my account via crdit card.
What the hell HDFC is trying to do I dont know.Its a kind of credit card forgery.

This is Ashwini Dani, Have submitted my husbands claim dtd 21.06.2013 it is registered with CCN NO. RR-HS[protected]. Now it' more than one month & still we are struggling for the same, 1st time they said it will take 15 working days, 2nd time they said more 7-8 days again 3rd time they told us they required more 15 days... till time we have not got any satisfactory reply.

Need to know the status for the same & request you to clear it asap.
