[Resolved]  HDFC Bank ERGO Health Insurance — Medical Reimbursement

I had HDFC Ergo Life insurance policy last year. I submitted a reimbursement claim for an MRI scan done in 2009 March. I send the scanned copy of the Bill to the HDFC Agent. He told me to wait for some time as they were busy with their work because of financial year closing in March. Then I contacted him in April and he said they are positive about my claim. I asked him should I submit my Bill to HDFC ergo insurance. He asked me to keep the Bill with me as it should be given to HDFC Ergo when I receive the check. So I kept the bill with me. After that in may he said me that the check is issued and it will reach me. But I didnt receive the check until now. Every time when I call him he will check it, or he is busy right now.

The persons name is: Abraham Jacob(Manager -CBG HDFC Ergo)
My Bill Amount: 5300

I am in a total loss as I could not even submit the Bill for tax claims.

I am Arunava Datta.I got my Titanium credit card from HDFC and after that got a call from one lady representative of HDFC ERGO for insurance.I told them that no need of that but still they debited the account from my account via crdit card.
What the hell HDFC is trying to do I dont know.Its a kind of credit card forgery.

This is Ashwini Dani, Have submitted my husbands claim dtd 21.06.2013 it is registered with CCN NO. RR-HS[protected]. Now it' more than one month & still we are struggling for the same, 1st time they said it will take 15 working days, 2nd time they said more 7-8 days again 3rd time they told us they required more 15 days... till time we have not got any satisfactory reply.

Need to know the status for the same & request you to clear it asap.

Poor policy from HDFC Ergo, they cheat the customers and do not pass any claim, keep you waiting in the hospital, and do not give you clear statement.
