Hi,

Account [protected], I have missed my Customer id .I tried calling customer care 7 times all the buffons who picked the call they just transfer the call to main IVR and have entered my Debitcard # and pin# inspite of that they are transferring the call to main IVR again and again, this is clearly not acceptable from as reputed bank like HDFC.

I am requesting you to send my Customer ID to my email id "Manjunath.[protected]@rediffmail.com"

This happened when I tried to login to my netbanking for the first time with the new IPIN sent & then I changed my password. From then onwards I am not able to login & getting a message that my account is locked.

So I request your kind self to unlock my account & send me a new IPIN (Password) & guide me how to start with netbanking correctly.
