My Account no. is [protected], I have missed my Customer id .I tried calling customer care 10 times a day all the buffons who picked the call they just transfer the call to main IVR and have entered my Debitcard # and pin# inspite of that they are transferring the call to main IVR again and again, this is clearly not acceptable from as reputed bank like HDFC.
