[Resolved] HDFC Bank NET BANKING — Recharge not successful | |||
I have recharged my BSNL sim for 50 RS through HDFC netbanking. But the recharge amount is not credited. The Ref# is [protected] . But the amount is debited from my account. I have contacted the HDFC customer support through web forum. But I was really disappointed with their reply towards my concern. They are asking me to contact BSNL customer care.
