Hi I applied for personal loan in HDFC bank, the person who came and collected my documents his name Maltesh(mob.no[protected]),he took all the documents by date 28/11/11 and i got a message from HDFC bank on 01 dec 2011 saying that "your request for personal loan has been accepted and given ref.no 20207535".The loan they are processing from the HDFC indiranagar, this branch is the worst branch so far I visited. after all the verification is done,again they are asking my father/family address proof and I am ready to submit and again they are asking my father signature proof.this ridiculous thing.As I donot want to submit signature proof, I said to cancel the loan,regarding to this I called HDFC Customer care,again helpless.Customer care telling that contact executive.
Finally I visited HDFC indiranagar branch on 08 dec 2011,I met the person Ganesh Subramani,he did not responded properly. I waited for 2 hours and left from there without any help.
One more thing I have my salay account with HDFC only..
This is how they treat people at HDFC bank,so friends who ever need any loan donot go to HDFC bank,especially Indiranagar branch.
