[Resolved]  HDIL — Compulsory Car park, Delay possession and not fulfilling promise to deliver facilities

I have booked a flat in HDIl première residence,we were promised possession in Dec2012,however have just received our house for possession after 3 years.Now the builder insists we pay Rs 4 lacs as car mandatory car park! We so not have a vehicle and do not need a parking as of now! Also club house,children's play area ,etc were to be a part of his development, and they havent provided with these services, The government should look into this matter and penalise these builders for cheating the common man of his money!
