HDIL - Galaxcy Appartment possession

I have booked flat in mumbai kurla HDIL Galaxy apt in June 2011 paying 85%, been verbally told that possession will be in Feb 2012 and in paper work July 2012. Now they saying its delayed for over a year and possession will be in Dec 2013.
What we needed to do, why they got late ?
