I have been trying to get confirmation on my purchase via telephone for 3 days now. Never got a satisfactory answer. They always tell me to wait 24hours. Here is what happened: I wanted to make the payment of Rs.1020/-. So i went through the process. and I was forced to create an account in www.citruspay.com so I did. Everything was going fine untill I got stuck to a page where it said. "Citrus gateway is redirecting.......'" or something like that for half an hour. I called up Healthkart.com Customer Care and explained them that. The person behind the phone asked me to refresh the page. And so i did. And He told me that he will call back me in 24 hrs for the confirmation of the order or he'll arrange a refund. But no one called. I had to call again for the same matter. and again they promised me a callback but again Same Problem. This is been going on for 3 days now. I contacted Citruspay for this same matter. And got an reply that the payment has been successfully remitted the funds to the merchant. With the Reference Number [protected] The Exact date and time of payment: 28 January 2013 at 03.53:58 PM Throught the Bank "Bank of Baroda"
