HeavenandHome.com — cancellation of the order and non refund of money

All ready lodged a complaint in this regard, in this site, but my complaint is yet to be redressed or i am yet to be advised further course of action. My complaint is "On 8th june this year i had made an order for a double bed sheet from heavenandhome.com the online shop and made payment through my SBI debit card, to which the online shop send a confirmation of order message on the same day. But on 19th june i got a mail regarding cancellation of my order. Though i have several times send message for refund of my money to my bank account or to me through DD/MO on my stated adress, i am yet to receive any response from their side. I may state that earlier i had a complaint registered in this site regarding the same on 1st july but without any positive result. I sincerely request to take necessary step to punish these fraud marketing companies or give the addresses of govt agencies tackling this kind of complaints
