Is this responisibility not belong to anyone/all of you to get resolve the issue by managing refund.
It was my first booking, such kind of response is beyond my acceptability/understanding and questionable/doubtful about service satisfaction to your customer.
I am force to esclate the issue to all concern authorities and take appropriate action in interest to obtain my refund.
