Booked 2 packages with Hello Travels/Great India Travels. 6999+5499.00 and paid their service charge of Rs.750+550.

Despite an advance info of over 45 days; they could not get the desired accommodation [guys have confirmed the property name on mail] and conformed for refund

Since 3 months and over 75 telephone calls to these guys - nothing seem to be coming forth; during every call i have been promised "in 3 days the refund will be credited to the account". i have been hearing this statement since 2 months

so called managers are never available and could never be reached on phone

is there any way chase these guys to get the refund
