[Resolved]  Hero Honda — about deer behavior

i want 2 buy a motercycle so i go to herohonda showroom i select nxg modle but i wana take a trayal of that motercycle but deler refuse to give me trayal he tell me that u r the 1st customer who wanat a trayal in our showroom no trayal option .
is that a right answar of deler ?

Hero Honda — FUEL CONSUMPTION

As i have purchase a Bike Karizma as per sales person commitment it's fuel consumption should be 40km per ltr on highway. but its not more than 30 km per ltr.

1.) When I Riding the bike below 30 km speed an knocking sound is coimg from engine.

2.) Then Gear Shifting is very Tight

3.) The Front HandleBar is always Shivering while riding 50-60 km speed

So sir I m trying to tell only one thing please do something about my complains

i requested to R&D department of hero honda bike, need to design seat belt for the passenger because passenger do not have any medium to hold him self mostly people is falling and geting injury and this is cause of death
the Behavior of Sales Person with customers are vary rough and rude.
they thinks that Hero Honda products are superior than other make, therefore they think themself in great position,
the dealars are adopting malpractices, the are forcing customers to take extanded warranty as awell as Membership of Goodlife Programme and the vehicle insurance from them only otherwise the refuses to sell the products
More over the dealers are not maintaining the facilities upto date like public utilities.

I think that the Company should take proper care of Customers

All the numbers are fake given in site. The behavior of person was very rude.

Either the number is wrong or the person is intellectually dare to do this.

I Purchase CBZ Xtreame they (Sales person) told me this bike mileage is around 55 km/p ltr. but its gives only 38 or 40 km/per ltr around, after it at the time of serviceing (ESS AAY Service Agencies, Karol Bagh) they said in local area this mileage is best for you and they provide very poor servicses.

whoever the concern person is, this is to inform u that service provided at the service center is bang opposite to the service guarenteed at the time of sales and TV adds, people in the service center are really rude, arrogant, and mannerless specially the one in goregaon east near the highway there is this guy call Vikas not sure if he has a surname is really rude to the customer and always blames the Company for not having the spare parts available this was the third time i had to face the same situation of not getting the spare parts required and this guy raises his hands blaming the company abt the same i own Karizma R and was a loyal customer with hero honda but after being humaleted by this guy i have decided to tell all the person i know abt the inefficiency o[censored]r company's customer service and make sure people go to other company rather than hero honda i was planning to get Karizma ZMR for myself but now after this i have planned to switch over to Bajaj and make sure atleast people i know will not get any product from hero honda.And wanna see if any actions are taken on this so called guy Vikas (stock Incharge) i suppose...Alok([protected])
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Selvendran, Advocate from Chennai in Tamil Nadu state.

I have bought Hero Honda Splendor Plus (TN22BX 40452) (Engine No.HA10EEA89J44935, Chassis No.MBLHA10EJ89J08802).

I met with an accident on 11th November 2010, the above said vehicle has been given to ADYAR MOTORS PVT. LTD, NEW NO.54, PLOT NO.269, 1ST AVENUE, INDIRA NAGAR, ADYAR, CHENNAI - 20 on 12th November 2010 for service.

The vehicle was delivered on 25th November 2010. After receiving my vehicle, I have found as per the estimate and bill they are not properly replaced the spares of the body and the silencer sound also varied.

Then I immediately compliant to the Service Manager & the Service Supervisor Mr.Thiagarajan. After my compliant, the Manager advised the supervisor and some spares were replaced. The same day I have taken vehicle but the vehicle produces heavy running noise till date.

Central lock & Helmet locks are jammed. but they are not properly examined and they did not issue the estimation. After my compliant they are issuing two supplementary estimate. I have paid as per the Job Card No.P33311 & M12703 dated 25.11.2010 Rupees 11, 130/- (10, 750+380). But they are not given 5% discount for Passport Holder. (My Passport No.MBLHA10EJ89J08802).

Kindly take necessary action & reply soon.

I have purchase Karzima ZMR bike On Aug-13-2010, in Niki Motors Sadashiv Nagar.After 10 day i found oil leakage in my bike near engine so i went to show room and ask about that they told leave for 1st service so i left and after service i took my bike again i am facing same problem than i went and left 2nd service than they told that it is solved you can take it, now again same problem i am really scared that my bike engine will get seized so and also now the pick up and mileage have drop due to above reasons i am really unhappy about your service its horrible. i am feeling that we should never by hero honda company bikes. so i am kindly requesting you to solve this problem and help me.

i am using herohonda supersplender bike. in our rajahmundry (andhrapradesh) the dealers (2 show rooms) didnot maintain proper spareparts. i try to purcharge GENUINE PARTS. always they say no stoke. but we parcharge the same spareparts in blackmarket. (herohonda genuine parts).
what about customer care in showrooms ?

HE TOOK MY BIKE AND SERVICE COUPON, AND ASKED ME TO COLLECT BIKE AT 3.00P.M. I ASKED HIM TO SERVICE MY BIKE AT MY PRESENCE HE TOLD ME TO COME AT 2.00 P.M.SAME TIME I WILL START SERVICE.
I REACHED THE SERVICE CENTER AT 2.55 P.M. AT 3.30 P.M. HE STARTED SERVICE OF MY BIKE, OPEN THE CHAIN COVER, FILTER, CHAIN SPROCKET COVER ETC.AT ABOUT 4.00 P.M.
HE (MECHANIC/SONU) STOPED WORKING ON MY BIKE AND STARTED SERVICING ON ANOTHER BIKE.
I ASKED HIM WHY YOU LEFT WORKING ON MY BIKE ? SERVICE SUPERVISOR MR. CHOUHAN ASKED IN STRAIGHT WAY THIS IS IN MY JURIDICTION TO WHICH BIKE I HAVE TO SERVICE FIRST.
HE ASSEMBLED THE LOOSE PARTS OF MY BIKE AND I HAVE TO GO BACK AT HOME AT ABOUT 5.00
P.M.WITHOUT SERVICING OF BIKE.HE CALLED ME TODAY 10.02.2011 AT 3.00 P.M.I PHONE CALL TO MECHANIC AT 2.00 PM, HE ASSURED ME AND ASKED COME AT 3.00 PM FOR SERVICE. I REACHED AT 3.00 PM SHARP.BUT HE TOLD (MR. CHOUHAN) SERVICE WILL START AT 5.00 PM .WHEN I ASKED THAT WHY YOU ARE REAPITING SUCH ATTITUDE I MAKE A COMPLAIT TO HERO HONDA COMPLAINT CELL, HE SHOUTED OVER ME START QUARELLING WITH ANTHOR STOE BOY ASKED GO WHERE EVER AND WHO TO GO.
I CAME HOME AND GOT VERY FRUSTATED.
