[Resolved] Hero Honda Karizma Zmr — defected bike and misbehaving | |||
i had purchased a hero honda karizma ZMR bike of white colour on 6th january 2010 from jk enterprises 20, Community Centre East Of Kailash Delhi 110065 the REGN .NO : DL1SS 0003,REG DT :30/01/2010,CH NO : MBLMC38EC9GM00145,EG NO : MC38EB9GM0.with in one month of purchase,i noticed that there were paint-peeling problem in certain parts of the bike and missing problem in my bikes engine and so i reported the matter to the showroom from where i purchsed it.the manager attended to me and i was promised that with in a few days the defective parts will be duly replaced..but i got no responce from them and inspite of repeated visits my complaint got no consideration.it has been five months now and my bike has developed some other problems relating to technical defects.the owner(narender) and manager(mr nawab) of the showroom also misbehaived with me and refused to solve my problem.my bike is in warrenty period but still my complaint is not being consideredi still expect a prompt and immediate responce. thanking you. shanu bhola 2/5a jangpura a new delhi 110014 phone:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I went to one of the hero honda show rooms in patna...I was looking for the price list of Hero Honda bikes. I asked from one of the customer care executive there but I was shocked to see the rude behavior of the CCE. He did not only denied to give any price list but also asked me to note down the prices and when I asked that can i have a piece of paper to note down the prices he told me to bring my own paper to write down the prices...I was really surprised to see such kind of irresponsible behavior of CCE and immediately decicded to not to purchase bike from that shoe room at least. I have done my MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Being a management student what I believe in long run Hero Honda is going to loose its market share its competitors. I suggest marketing team of Hero Honda to look into the matter and take proper steps to improve the behavior of the CCE. Otherwise I have only loss of not having one bike of Hero Honda...but Hero Honda company may suffer a big loss in loosing a big market pie over a long period of time.
Karizma — still bike not received
Dear sir,I had made down payment on 13/02/2010 to your Authorized showroom Fort point Automotive PVT.LTD Rs.26000/- he promised to delivere the bike within a month but its already two month passed i had not get the delivery of bike, My EMI is already started from last two month i am paying for the thing which i am not using it is a failure of Hero Honda that they failed top deliver the bike from last month.
Now he is saying that it will take another 3 Months to delivere.

please dont make fool to the peopel in future.

I booked a Karizma ZMR in MODY MOTORS SEC'BAD..Till date I haven't received my bike..Hero Honda people not helping me & even mody motors not showing any interest.. hey did u get ur bike

I booked my bike on 28/01/2010 in chennai and i haven't received it yet.. are they producing it or shall we move to another bike manufacturer
Hero Honda Bike — MISBEHAVE
We had gone to Rajdhani Automobile Telibandha Raipur(Chhattisgargh) for purchase the Passion Pro(Hero Honda).We just barganing & there owner ready for give us some complimentry parts but after payment he was not ready for owen comimetment. after that we told him for return the amount. but he was not ready for return the payment & use the very durty word & very insuled.We have no any option because of we have paid full amount.so we have purchase the bike passion pro.
