I am serving as an . Professor at Rajpipla, Gujarat. I have complain regarding service of my bike. Before one month I purchased Passion Pro from Krupalu Auto Rajpardi-sub dealer of Vimco Bharuch. Because of shortage of bikes I wasn't able to purchase from Om Motors Rajpipla-sub dealer of Anas Motors Ankleshwar.As I'm a resident of Rajpipla, after 500 k.m. when I went to Om Motors for free service of my bike, he refused to take my bike for service saying why you haven't purchased from me and behaved rudely for he has monopoly and he knows that the customer has no other choice except listening his harsh words. These kind of sub-dealers demage the reputation of a reputated company. MY POINT OR COMPLAINT WHATEVER YOU SAY IS BETTER TO SUSPEND SUB-DEALERSHIP OF OM MOTORS RAJPIPLA. i'm farmer and i purchase hero honda passion pro 2 days bock from vinus auto malerkotla .sudenly i major proble occurs in its engine and it can b solved only after complet engine work, which is unaccapable to any bike in just 2 days .i ask to replace my to manager of venous auto malerkotla but they reject my request. so iys my reques to take some legal action againt venus auto, malerkotla, dist.sangrur, punjab
