Passion pro bike chain spocket life is very less. This problem is created for when the chain sprocket rear chain drive wheel thickness is low compare to all splendor models.we are corrected these problem you will increase the chain sprocket thickness, super splendor, pro and plus this type of bike models rear sprocket wheel life is increasing for the reason is drive wheel fully wearing so life is more.but, passion pro last model bike chain sprocket is bend with reason sprocket wheel thickness compare to splendor bike very less.so corrected ...

yes! you are correct. i am also facing this problem. upto day my passion pro byke run 15000kms. the chain spocket is creating noise such as "tuk tuk, curr". wheneven compare with splendor+ and cd deluxe --- passion pro is too worst byke which was manufactured by hero honda. " Hero Honda dealers are charging a lot of amount through the unnecessary replacements of spare parats...
Yes my bike splendor pro just finished 18000 kms . but chain sproket making terible noise and mechanic changed it saying that hero honda spares are worthless and costly
I have passion pro (hero) bike, my bike cross 5500 kms but chain sprocket creating noise, Already i got spl+ (hero honda) it cross above 30000kms there is no problem. recently that problem only initiated...
I too faced same problem. Changed the drive chain kit twice within 35000km and going for third one. This is annoying from Hero Honda Passion Pro design.

I don't know you people will, believe or not. I am using hero Honda passion plus its going to cross 1Lakh kilometer. I changed my first chain sprocket in 40, 000 KM, now its running smoothly this existing chain sprocket is going to cross 60, 000 KM (Sixty Thousand Kilometers). My personal suggestions are to use grease instead o[censored]sing oil to increase chain sprocket life.
Hero passion pro socket changed today in just 18000 kms and engine noise coming... please improve material quality
