Sakshi Motors, The only Hero Moto Corp Dealership in Tinsukia are taking all customers for a ride. First of all , if you are planning to purchase a bike from this dealership, do so at your own peril. They will charge you Rs 3000 to 4000 extra.saying its for accesories. And these are accesories you can easily purchase from other shops at a fraction of the price. There customer service is hopelessly bad. You just need to stand around the dealership for an hour to figure it out. Talk to persons coming to get there bike serviced. I bet no one is satisfied. The attitude of the dealership is really really bad. They are just taking advantage of the monopoly in Tinsukia.
After you purchase the bike be prepared for more heart burn. The technicians are no good.And you will always feel shortchanged.

I hope Hero Moto Corp is listening.
