not getting any gifts against good life card

i am a member of good life card of hero moto corp upto 5 months and have recived 2184points till now. but i didn`t
informed about any gift from your company, also on my first service os passion pro at rama road karam pura delhi
they had not entered my points. so i request to resolve my problem as early as possible.

I had purchased a pleasure bike from Ishna Motors, Mahakali, Andheri (E) on April 21, 2011. I had taken the Goodlife programme and paid the amount for it. Till date I have still not yet received my gooodlife card. After numerous telephone enquiries and follow up. I am now told that they have not forwarded the same. Who is to be blamed for this. The customer who has already paid or the Dealers has been laxed and taken the customer for granted?

I have my goodlife card from 2007 and suggested lots of my friends to purchase hero honda bike and they purchased bikes but the dealer didn't tell me the status of my card and telling me that your point forwarded to your card but on 3/11/12 when I told him to check the status of my card I find that there is not any entries of two or three bikes so plz suggest me what should i do.

please go to your nearest hero motocorp dealership and submit your hero goodlife gold card, and get your 3 loyalty gift, 1, key bunch (500 ponits) 2, document folder (1000 points), 3, wallet (1500 points),
