After going thru the case history, it is clearly mentioned that Redington has attended the call and they will not attend the call without valid warranty or carepack.

On Dated: 11/12/08 - we sent printer to redington, but they detected problem in printer head . – Case Id not received

On Dated.: 17/12/08- we sent faulty printerhead to RT outsourcing India pvt. Ltd. For printerheadreplacement, we received same day replacement printerhead.- Case Id No- ININDARC[protected]

On Dated.: 18/12/08 – we sent printer with new replacement printerhead to redington .But again they told printerhead not working.
& also Require new Cartridge.because all cartridge are empty. (4 no.s) Case Id No.- 2378003

On Dated.: 19/12/08- we sent Printerhead to RT outsourcing India pvt Ltd. For printerhead replacement, we received same day replacement printerhead. Case Id No- ININDARC[protected]

On Dated.: 23/12/08- we sent New replacement printerhead & also new 4 no.s cartridge to redington, but again same problem.- Case Id not Received.

HP — No service backup for officejet L7580

I have HP Office Jet All-in-One printer L7580. This printer is more than a year ld, hence out of warranty. While using the printer, paper got stuck in it. Even aft removing the paper, it shows paper jam. Now HP is raising all its hands from the issue saying the service center at Ranchi (Jharkhand) provides service only for products under warranty. Now this means HP is concerned for its consumers for only one year and do hell after that. Besides, why was this not clarified by HP or the dealer here (Computer Network) reagrding the service center. I would have not purchased the product at any situation without proper service back up. This is very sick on part of HP. HP at service cal center ([protected]) say the nearest service center fr me is Patna. Why on earth then do they sell the products outside Patna? I was told that Ranchi has HP service center but not clarifies that it only undertakes and entertains products under warranty. This is complete misguidance. And if HP has a service center here, on humanitarian ground, they must give service back up after charging there fees.

I left my laptop at the service center. I foolowed with them almost every day from my side and after 15 days of disappointment i got my laptop back without being repaired.

RT outsorcing is a team of inefficient, incompetent and illegal bunch of people, I dont know how a company like HP can outsource their service centres to these craps, Dont go to them, I am pretty sure u will be disppointed like me and many others have been in PAST

4th attempt- to reslove-on the part of customer

I have received a call from Ms.Sikha Gupta, asking me to give her the chq no: which is 007614 dt 10 Feb 09 o[censored]nion bank of India (multicity chq) of Rs.999/-
When she called I was out of the office.She however mentioned she would call me back but as earlier no call came to me.

Appreciate if you can let me know if there is any problem, I think I can expect this much from HP.

I have paid as per quotation to HP, I have not delayed on that neither have paid less, so why should I accept non co-operation from HP on all fronts of support of hardware/software and now promised offer of printer/scanner from HP.

I think this matter should be reffered to senior level as there is total lack of communication, customers are unaware whom to contact in terms service/backup ).

I hope there is no thinking on part of Senior HP Mangement that once computer is sold, that is enough & customers can fend for themselves.

Hewlett Packard India Pvt Ltd — Printer not received since 11 months

Dear Sir or Madam,
We had purchased HP Pavillion Slimline P.C. in March 2009 in the name of `MAMTA SAMAJIK SANSTHA` from STRATEGIC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Dehradun,till date we have not received the Printer,We have received only the UPS,under the scheme.It was their scheme that in 6 weeks we would receive a UPS & a Printer by paying a handling cost of Rs.999/-.We paid for the handling charges by means of a D.D. for Rs.999/- to INNOVATIVE INCENTIVES & EVENTS Pvt Ltd.Chandigarh.
This company is a fraud and they have disconnected all their telephone numbers so that we cannot call them and they do not provide us with their address also.We have all the documents ready so as to take some legal action against them.

Hewlett Packard India Limited — Non replacement of Power supply

It is a very sad story of me trusting the HP in buying one of there printers from One of the most leading sotres Croma, Juhu, Bombay for my office at Pune. There serve centre denied replaqcement on flimsy ground on a new brand machine which did not start for one day also. REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED is one of worst service providers. I know this type of attitude i bringing HP down in world market.
