A complaint about fraud cosmetic clinics with their fraud commitments

I wish to share few words to the people like me, who are ailing with cosmetic problems. I am having serious hair fall problem resultant to which, pattern of baldness are visible on my forehead and crown area. On internet I saw the Ad of H&G clinic, Guwahati who claims for 100% hair re-growth. After having telephonic discussion, they are able to convince me with the lavish and cosmetic words. I went to their clinic at Bhangaghar near GMC medical college, Guwahati, I met the consulting doctor (ladies) who has convinced me the hair regrowth is not a big issue, she asked me some blood tests which costs almost Rs.2500/-. Later on she told me that there are some therapies which required an amount of Rs.20,000/- and they generous enough to allow me to pay in installments, which I was agreed, once again they asked me whether I am the resident of Guwahati or not to ensure that I am not a local resident. Actually I am from Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) and from Itanagar to Guwahati it is about 450 km.

There is the start of my bad time; they started with Tsela therapy, Steam therapy, Infra Red Radiation Therapy, IHP & DCT, with some Homeopathic Medicines etc. and asked me to have the therapies twice a month. I have to go twice a month which put extra financial burden viz., bus fare, hotel rent etc. in an whole I have an expenditure of Rs.3000/- for every time to visit in Guwahati. After three months and considering my poor improvement, they added some more therapies, and asked for Rs.20, 000/- more on installments basis.

Things are going on, after 5 months, no major improvements / changes, they again asked me to go for Stem Cell Therapy, which will definitely work and added some dietary supplement capsules (Majistrich), shampoo and homoeopathic medicines which cost Rs.22,000/- more, which I had paid the same on installments. On this process, I had visited 15 times in Guwahati in a year which costs almost Rs.45,000/-.

During the whole, I had spent almost Rs.1, 00,000/- in a year which is heard earned money, and result is still ‘Zero’. I became a big fool……..

Being fed up with their ‘Loot’; the consulting doctor (ladies / gents), fancy female staffs who are nothing but a witch to suck the money of innocent patients and the whole gang, finally I decided to discontinued so called therapies, sweet Homoeo medicines etc. etc.

I like to request the authority concerned not to allow such clinics in their cities / town, which are especially meant to loot the heard earned public money in the name of cosmetic therapy or hair regrowth. I also request the govt. authorities to take stern action against such clinics who uses such false commitments in name of public health.

Hope my above story will certainly help my fellow friends who are seriously looking for such clinics.
