No Replacement

I have purchased electrical switches for my home before 2 years but our shopkeeper had refused to replace the same.

copy of the bill is not treasable to me & he is institing for Bill.

at the time of purchasing shopkeer confirm 10 years warantee.

I trace to contact Hi-Fi Electrical co but i am unable to get it

I have purchased HI FI fan regulators, the outer nob has cracked not able to get replacement.
suggest a method.. the regulator is fine not able to control the speed.

I have also purchased hi fi switch board and facing propblem of some sticky liquid coming out and spoiling wall and boards. Do any body has the same problem. At the initial 6 month complaint they replaced entire swiches but again i am facing same problem. If any body has got same problem then contact me at janamjay@hotmail.com, singh.janamjay@mahindra.com because i am planning to go to consumr court on this issue .
