I have requested for a battery kit for more than 3 times in 2 weeks ... No proper responce .

This has happened with me in the past as well, the battery kit for pureit that we use shows us as finished and whenever we call your call center our query has always been unattended until we retry for more than 3 – 5 times. Can you please let me know the status for my order ????? my details are as follows:

Hindustan Lever has most pathetic service. i have ordered a change of tap and made my complain in mid august. we are starting october and there is no response. i think buying pureit was the biggest mistake we made. i am sure even this comment will not yeild any response from them. and to think of it hindustan lever is such a reputed company. atleast i am going to dissuade anyone trying to buy a pureit from now on.

Hi

We purchased Pure It water filter 4 months back and once we changed its Battery with worth of Rs 500 +. After changing that some days it worked. But at present water is not filtering its Batter Life Indicator is plane only ( Not become Red ). For the last 10 days we r trying to lodge complaint but your customer care No 9246100100 is not working. Now we r feeling unnecessarily we purchased this. If u have any Phone Number near by our city, please give us. So that we can purchase at them. We r residing at Hanamkonda, Warangal Distict of Andhra Pradesh State.
 
HLL is providing worst service. please dont buy pure it. Their service is too worst in the world. They are looking for one time sale of product after that no service from their part.

We made a request on 31.5.10 for replacement of kit and we were assured replacement by 1.6.2010 but nothing has happened till now. Their contact No.922200300 is also not working now. Please instruct your men suitably. we are
using unpure water.
 
I had made a request for replacment of kit on 1.06.10 but there ws no response . After waiting for three days, i again lodget a request on 5.06.10, but again 2 days have passed and no one has come to replace it.

Please make suitable arrangements and resources to handle user requests timely. I have a kid of 1.5 yrs and its too unsafe to use impure water.
 
I am agreeing to it. I have also complained 4 times for kit change but nobody come up so far. Since last 10 days i am using bislery water. There is no fun in buying Hindustan Lever pure it water filter. Just waste of money and time.
 
I am agreeing too. I have also ordered Battery Kit of Hindustanliver Purit before 7 days, upto now there is no responce from customer care.
Every time they have repled that we will check and revert you.
 
I have never seen such pure response from such big company...i have requested for a battery change its more than 4 MONTHS...yes 4 MONTHS...no response...i believe they should stop making it...how sad.
P.S- please please don't buy...

Last 15 days I am waiting for the Pureit germ kill kit, but this has not yet delivered.

This is utterly disgusting. Why the hell is this taking hell lot of time? Customer care is just horrible. I have also logged complain but no further contact from company side.

You people should understand the problem of the consumers. Taking Pureit was the biggest mistake of my life.

I am providing my contact number, though I believe no one will turn up this time as well.

However, if I don’t get the kit I’m definitely going to log a complain with the consumer forum. You people can’t make us fool.

its 3 months since i am complaining that my pure it is not working the cc ppl always say that we will attend your complaint within 1 working day but till date no executive has ever attended can u pls let me know the status of my complain my email id is limaye.mayur@gmail.com otherwise i will take legal course since u have made a fool out of me and its because of you that my mother is having back problems after lifting heavy utensils to boil water since the pure it is not working for past three months who is responsible for this.

I ordered for a germ kill kit on April 15th. the automated message send to my no said that i would receive the kit within 72 hrs. Its 23rd April today, and have called their call center at least 5 times now. No response till now. Dont you ppl release that this amounts to deficiency of service and that u can be dragged to court for this? Send the kit asap to my address.

not to mention the arrogance
they should try to do something
instead of sinking in their own shit
please do not recommend this filter
to any new users

" ZERO SERVICE " Rather the advertisement should go like ... your complaint will not be resolved within 24 days .. You have literally follow the CC team to get the battery replaced but still its takes 20+ days to replace the battery ..."Pure it customers" please do not recommend this product to any body which my friend has already done this mistake by making me go for pure it
