WORLD BEST WORST SERVICES - PURE IT STAY AWAY ( ITS GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH ) we bought the product last year from altaf ahmed ( B-5, Sukhdev Nagar, Delhi,Pin : 110003) @ the time of battery replacement service man ( Krishna ) brooked my bottom tank and from last 10+ DAYS i m trying to change my pure it tank but very tiime i m getting nothing .......... and now he is not taking my phone calls i had done more then 15 calls in last 5 days to mr.manoj ph.[protected] ( boss of krishna ) B-5, Sukhdev Nagar, Delhi,Pin : 110003. This is really sad to mention that we buy the Branded product like Hindustan Unilever and we face such problems. With great regret we have to tell our friends and relatives to go for simple filter than Pureit Water Purifier. very very very poor service provided by hindustan lever Agency guy ( krishna, manoj ) coz of these types guys u will get only unsatisfied customers. i dont know wht the hell they are doing in hindustan lever....... i hve no problem with ur customer care but the Agency guy ( krishna, manoj ) manoj-[protected] they are not upto the mark. Even they dont know how to talk with lady (my mother ) on Phone overall very very bad exp with manoj - [protected] ... i think u should give some training to manoj -[protected] how to talk on phone.
