On 5th Feb 2013 reference no 2565227 I had booked to deliver glass flask and micro fibre nest.
the service provider came with glass flask and said HE FORGET TO BRING THE NEST.
Now when I am complainting against it and asking for the pending consignment. the COMPANY IS CHARGING 100 + 35 rupees (100 for nest and 35 for delivery) to deliver the PENDING MATERIAL.
WHEN I HAD BOOKED EARLIER TO DELIVER THE TWO THE THING TOGETHER. and SERVICE PROVIDER FORGET. THEN WHy SHOULD I PAY AGAIN rs 35 FOR HANDLING THE PENDING COMPLAINTS.
IS ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY WHO HAVE CONSIDERATION TO COSTUMERS or ITS WAY TO LOOT. Was this information helpful? |
