change of battery, worst customer service
My name is Sarala , product purchased in the name of my mother, Mrs.Janaki 5 yrs back when the service was gud.
It was on 5th March'11 i sent SMS requesting for battery kit for which i did not get any responce. As the battery was red on 10th March'11, i called up customer care requesting the status of the SMS which i sent to them on 5th March.I got a reply as request not registered and request was raised by the team with req no s11/chn[protected] on 10th March'10 , inspite of informing the agent that the battery was red nothing happened for the next 2 days.
On 12th, complaint was registered by me for the delay, COMP NO:C[protected] NOTHING HAPPENED AND JUST GOT ANOTHER SMS as "ur order for battery kit has been placed with req no:s11/chn[protected], Our executive will visit in next 72 hrs" - again nothing happened other than only me calling up the customer care and logging repeat complaints COMP NO:C11321459.
After 10 days of requesting batter kit, today again i have got a SMS as "Order for battery kit has been registered with reference no: req no:s11/chn[protected]" - not sure as how many more days i have to wait and how many more req numbers would be sent to me.
Another funny part is that while i placed the 1st request 10 days back, price of the battery Kit was Rs.375 and today its Rs.400
Hope so there is somebody to check & address the issue posted by the suffering customers.....
