A cheque for Rs149/- for the annual subscription for Hindustan Times was collected byMr.Raj Kumar Gupta Mob No 92221333657 inSep 2011. A post dated cheque was given to him to avoid duplicate paper delivery as I had coupons until mid Jan 2011.
The cheque was returned in Dec 2011stating that the scheme was open to 30Nov 2011 and since the cheque is dated 02 Jan 2011 I am no longer eligible and I have to pay a higher subscription amount
The delay is not mine and this could be intimated in Nov to make my subscription valid
and a fresh cheque could have been given
