i give a requirement of Micro fibre mess(jali) on dated 11/06/2011 and customer care cummited me that ur order is fullfill with 02 days but till date[protected] my order is not reached at my home however again customer care give me a complaint no and says that ur order is reached u in evening today[protected] .

so why company give me wrong cummitment
plz provide me my order ASAP
