Hindusthan Lever Limited Puriet — Complaint : for very poor service and false promises

I logged a request for battery replacement, since more than 15 days. But no one has responded to it yet.I complained thrice to the customer care but every time i got a message that "your complaint has been attended", without the battery replacement.Everyday I used to call 2 to 3 times a day to the customer care and evey time get a false promise from the customer care that the battery will be replaced within 48 hours.

Please look into the matter and If no action can be taken, then please stop fooling people and stop this service, which is of no good , rather than giving a headache to the people.
