Hi, I had lodged a complaint of “service” of my Air conditioner on 3st May,2012.The service request number is [protected]. At that time it was committed that the complaint will be attended by our engineer within 48 hours. For the past fifteen days I am continuously calling at call centre numbers but no respite. No one has the visibility about the status of complaint , every time executive ensures that the same will get attended within two hour or so but after till day status is same. It is first time I had purchased any Item of Hitachi and I was very satisfied till date with the product. But now I am very disappointed with the after sales services.
