serrvice not provide

Hi,

I had lodged a complaint of “service” of my Air conditioner on 3st May,2012.The service request number is 12050300438. At that time it was committed that the complaint will be attended by our engineer within 48 hours. For the past fifteen days I am continuously calling at call centre numbers but no respite. No one has the visibility about the status of complaint , every time executive ensures that the same will get attended within two hour or so but after till day status is same. It is first time I had purchased any Item of Hitachi and I was very satisfied till date with the product. But now I am very disappointed with the after sales services.

Please help in getting the problem resolve.
