[Resolved]  Hitachi Air Conditioner — Airconditioner Generation Bad Smell

We have purchased the Hitach Airconditioner From Hitach Home Dealer, Trikin Baug, Rajkot in the month of August 2008. Since then it is not working properly. It contineouslly gives the bad smell in the office and not working properly. We have made so many compalint to the service station, dealer, written a letter to delhi also but question is not resolved yet.
Plase help us in getting the solution from the same
