[Resolved] Hitachi Air Conditioner — Service complaint not attended | |||
Further to my complaint no. [protected] which is been made on 28th of March’11 still there is no proper response from your technician person / service centre team, which is very pathetic Kindly don’t rate your air conditioner as 5 star, in terms of service you guys don’t deserve to put even a single star. What the hell is happening in terms of service team, who is taking care of the service team ???? I have been calling the below Nos for services but still there is no proper response from your end, which is very pathetic and ridiculous in terms of service Chennai Service centre no.: [protected] contact person – Mr. Renjith Technician No. : [protected] / [protected] - Mr. Imran If you guys are really interested in serving your customer and if guys are really interested in doing business kindly respond to my mail and send a technician immediately without any further delay Was this information helpful? | |||

Hitachi Airconditioner — not attending complaints
I made a request for servicing of Window Airconditioner (bought on 25.05.2010) on 30.04.2011.when I gave a reminder call on monday(02.05.2011) I was shoked to learn that my request has not been registerd although I was assured of service urgently. Any way I booked my request again on 02.05.2011 which has been given request no.[protected].However vtill date no one has responded or visited for the service requested.I made a complaint on the company website on the same day but there is no response so far.We have made another complaint for low cooling for the same airconditioner on 04.05.2011 and the request no. given is [protected].However till date thre is no response.
In my view Hitachi has made it a policy not to respond to customer's reqouest which is very serious matter.
The company should make it clear when we are buying the products on the company's product reputation that no customer service shall be provided so tht we do't harbour any hope for it.
IS THERE ANY REMEDY OR REGULATION TO BRING TO BOOK SUCH COMPANYS.

Hitachi Air Conditioner — NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT
My 03 year old Hitachi Window A/c is not cooling since last one week. I made a complaint to Natraj aircon,delhi on 20/06 /10. On same day one serviceman came and said your A/c is working OK and is not cooling because of high temperature.so, he suggested that you should pore water at regular interval in the A/c to keep the compressor of A/c cool. Isn't it ridiculous. I doubt They are doing this because they have Repaired my same A/c for Gas leakage one month back and it is in 03 month warranty period. More so they were adamant,rude and refusing to give me any thing in writing.After this i made complaint at Hitachi helpline and also registered my complaint at web site through cusomer care form. But even after 04 days till now no one has attended my complaint neither Hitachi bother to answer my mail. today when i contacted at customer care they said your complaint has already been attended. Miracle ! They have attended and solve my complaint without my knowledge.
i don't know what to do? whom to approach. give me some guidelines .
