[Resolved]  Hitachi Air Conditioner — Pathetic After Sales Service

Ma'am - No offense but please consider this as an Registered letter and forward this to the MD and the President of Hitachi India/Japan (if required).

With all due respect, Hitachi dealer,customer care,after sales service and technical/service engineer(s) are all fake and nothing else but bunch of liars, whose job is to lie over the phone and play with the customer emotions.

Actually Government should take strict actions against these outsiders, who come in our country and sell their products without any direct control over the after sales service.They just forget everything after getting their profits.

Not asking for more but my earnest request is to take the AC back and return all my money,so that I can buy a home product from an Indian company, which should have atleast a physical address and people who would honour their committments.

You don't need a Anna Hazarae or do you ??

I hope you would understand that this is just the begining. I am a citizen of a democratic country and I am aware of my rights.I don't need your product/services.All I need is; Hitachi to pay back for all the discomfort,inconvenience and harrassment caused to customer(so called customers for Hitachi) who is sitting helplessly and watching his sick family member, who needed this AC more than anyone else, for whom the cool and fresh air is a necessity rather than a levish living style or a status symbol.

Please understand that you are dealing with HUMANS and not ANIMALS. And by the way just an fyi - for Animals too our Govt. (Govt. of India) have some law in place and I am sure you know that.

Hello Sir/Ma'am

Your Customer Service is pathetic and after Sales Services is even WORST.Someone
in my family is unwell, So I called Last week for which I didn't get any SR
number coz the lady (named Hema/Rekha - I don't remember the name) told me that
I will get an sms regarding the same on my mobile viz[protected].I waited and
called again on Saturday and the guy appologized and told me that the lady who
attended my previous call, might have faced a system error due to which there
has been no SR/complaint that has been created or assigned.

So he created a new one for me viz [protected] and told me that it would be
attended by Sunday i.e 05/01/2011 evening.I am waiting since then for your
service engineer.I am calling your Service Center atleast twice a day at
[protected] but not able to reach anywhere.Niether they connect the call to a
Supervisor ( coz throughout the day your SUP is on lunch or in a meeting) nor
does the SUP has the courtsey to call the customer back despite of the promises
made by the call center representatives.

It is less than 1 year that I bought this AC and Since April,2011, I am waiting
for the Service of my AC.Don't know from last 4 days where is the guy stuck ? Is
he coming from Japan or the Service Engineers are from India ?

I think I wil have to approach consumer court coz you guys are not giving me
any other options.You are a slurr on the name of HITACHI - is all I can say.

Really a sorry state of affairs is all I can say at this time and If
you kept working the same way (with this great attitude) I can assure you one
thing for sure that your plant would definitely vanish from Gurgaon (atleast) if
not from India.: -))

Hitachi AC — Pathetic After Sales Services

One of the most pathetic after sales services given by Hitachi AC. It's been almost 2 years and they are just not ready to provide 3 free services. Launched multiple complaints with their customer service team however they are not ready to help and more over they are not at all customer centric. They keep on diretcing from one department to another and than to the retailer.

One of the worst compaines you will ever come across is Hitachi. Their supervisors and upto Manager (Mahesh Prajapati) have no attitude to serve customers or solve their problems. They only know sales and targets that's it.

If you even thinking of buying an AC please never ever think of HITACHI by any means. Go for any other brand but never Hitachi. I have another AC of Samsung and the customer service is just awesome. My biggest mistake of life ever was to buy Hitachi product

i have purchased 2 units of LOGICOOL 1.2 Ton vide purchase order dated 17.05.12 the machines were suppleyed on 26.05.12 from thatday i am repeatedly requesting the Dhanbad service centre and Mr. Tanvir (inchared) thara . i am not gatting a valid a proper reasponse And the machines has not been installed till today 07.06.12 . i am very much shocked with the pathetic reaspons from the Dhanbad service centre and feel cheated. kindly looc into the matter and take necessary action insurening installation at earliest.
