Giving the background again - I purchased 1.50 Ton Window AC on 24th March, 2011 from Sachdeva Electronics (P) Ltd. Vide Invoice number 13330.
For last week or so, I am getting a problem of the unit not cooling, on a complaint to your service centre, your technician reverted and informed that it’s a case of Gas Leakage. This comes as a big surprise for a product from a company repute of Hitachi.
From a company like Hitachi - I do not expect you not telling me (which you have already couple of times) that product is out of warranty knowing the product is 14 months old as compared to warranty definition of 12 months. This is a clear case of low quality manufacturing OR a manufacturing default on the product.
Sumeet, I wanted to have a word with you but in spite me repeatedly requesting Ravinder – I did not get your number. I request your intervention for an amicable solution. From my perspective, amicable solution does not mean “free repair” from a brand like Hitachi.
I request your early response and a solution.
