[Resolved] Hitachi — Unspecified delay in service | |||
I had puchased Hitachi Atom from its authorised dealer M/s Freeze Engg. here at kalpakkam last May 2010. Just after 1year the indoor unit suddenly stopped working. I had registered a complain No. [protected] with Hitachi for over 23 days but without any action. The authorised dealer has taken the PCB of the indoor unit to get it repaired by the company which has not been reinstalled. In this hot summer months my family is suffering. After paying such a huge sum for the product with poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||
