Hitachi — not giving service properly

Hi,
We (a group of families) bought a hitachi split a.c (in 2011). there is a gas lickage problem complaint made on 28th'march 2013 at 01.38pm complain number- [protected].
i have talked in qhe company twice to thrice no one giving me the manager number. in last i talked to Mr.Binoy, and this person not listning on same, and cut the my call.

Does anyone has any idea what do we need to do to get service from Hitachi.

Do we need to take a legal route (Consumer court).
