[Resolved] Hitachi Split AC — Water leakage problem | |||
We bought the Hitachi Split AC on Sept 04, 2011. On the first day of installation engineer broke the flap. Then we started facing the problem of water leakage from the AC. It is almost a year now the Hitachi technicians could not fix the problem of water leakage. We logged many complaints and from numerous visits from the technical team from Hitachi the problem still persist. Below is the details of calls logged with Hitachi Service-desk. On numerous occasions we have asked them not to close the call but they insisted that they can't leave the call till eternity. As a dissatisfied customer I have threatened them of escalating the issue to the higher management, but unfortunately the trick didn't worked for us. Now since the warranty has expired the service desk have informed us that the visit from the engineer will be on chargeable basis. It is my humble request as Hitachi customer that an expert to be sent to our place to fix the problem, and if needed replace the unit for no cost to us.
