split air conditiner — for First Service

I Have purchased a split ac from Next Retail Shop at Jaipur on
26/04/2008. I have called for first service through Next they had
given me complaint No.5ko[protected] dated 04/08/08 but repaeted reminders over phone till dated they have not attend my complainent.It it videcon company duty to give the service after three months without calls, but unfortunately they had not attend the complaint after 72 hours.I hope you will listen my complaint with full response for your company's reputation.

hitachi ac model ac 1.5 Tons — services are not proper

we brought ace model ac of 1.5 tons in may 08 and at time of delivery they told me that u will get 3/4 services in 1 Yr. but they gave the 1st service on 4th nov and there services are not up to the mark & there helpline no is alaways busy so pls reply
You're right, we also bought a Hitachi 2 ton split air conditioner from Kolkata and went on holiday for 6 weeks, came back and found that there was no cool air at all. So we reported the problem they said all the gas has leaked out and it is an extractor fault. After numerous calls maybe at least 50 calls they finally came and re-installed it! 2 weeks later our neighbours started to complain that the extractor is extremely noisy and they cannot sleep so now we have reported this. Only god knows when they will fix this problem! We are still waiting...

I think i made the biggest mistake of my life when i choose hitachi refrigerator over videocon, samsung and other big players .

my life has been a nightmare since[protected] when a purchased a HITACHI REF.RZ300AND7K(2DR).

initially i had problem and so my ref.was replaced but again i am facing the same problem but the service center is not acknowledge
From the last 20 odd days i am calling them 2 a day but still no one is bother to take a look
hitachi is losing its goodwill and brand trust in lucknow(india)
as the franchise service centres are not giving services

A satisfied customer tell 100 more customers but a unsatisfied one tells 1000 costomers

I am alos facing lot of issues with Hitachi Splitt AC.In the past three monts, I had 5 times the AC problem.One time they changed the Compressor, 3times they changed the Condensor unit.This time they said there are some problems in the unit itself.The Customer service people are not solving the root cause of the fault.They are just solving the symptoms.This time I am waiting for the past 5 days to get it attended.
Even After several escalations no proper response is taken

Kind Attention Mr. Manager, I purchased Hitachi Split AC on Sept. 29 (MR No. is DH/BMR/1250/09-10, Sales man BASUDEV) from Great Eastern Treading Co., Dalhousy branch. After completion of 8 days, your management doesn't bother to send any one for installation. I personally regret this service. This is highly against customer satisfaction. I called nearly 1000 times, no one is bothered to pick up phone. So, I am passing every of my moment with great dissatisfaction and worried with your worst service. I am not been able to go out of my home, if someone comes. This is paining in my regular life. Here is my kind request, please send related engineer to install the same at my home, Bansdroni. I recently purchased a hitachi follow me 1.5 ton air conditioner from baroda.plz dont buy any air conditioners from multitech cool zone. address is 58 ,haribhakti colony,race course circle,vadodara.the service is extremely bad.its a first hand experience .the piece was faulty and they refused to even change the piece.this is to make people aware of the fraud of this company plz beware you might regret it later .
Suresh from Chennai...bought 2ton split AC Atom square model ... for the past 15 days the installation process is going on... they said PCB board problem, still today they keep on promissing it will be done tomor.. no spare available..
Dont know Hitachi Service is the worst... Even after so many escalation no use...

I agree service folks are not taking the complaints seriously. i have bought a AC on 1st Aug; since it was not cooling, service engineer visited and checked and told that there is no GAS. I have talked to their service manager to Pankaj from Hitachi for replacement - [protected] /[protected] but nothing has happened yet and the person stopped picking up the calls anymore. i would like to escalate this to higher ups in Hitachi. SPLIT AC 3 STAR — GAS LEAKAGE AFTER 3 DAYS OF INSTALLATION

This is to inform you that i had purchased Split 3 star A.C on 16/05/2011 form the show room Sales Corner Old Padra road vadodara. During the time of installation the fitting of exhaust fan was not aligned, at that time I told to the company person that the installation is not good but they ignored & replied that nothing will happened & also they did not checked the gas leakage & water leakage as per instruction given in the company manual . after two days ago the cooling of A.C was not in function than i complaint & find the complete gas was leak from the system.I need your immediate innervation in this regards & need the replace the unit as soon as possible.

I brought Hitachi air conditioner four months back. till now there is service team from the company to service the air conditioner .
I agree, please dont buy Hitachi AC...

I bought a hitachi 1.5 ton split AC and i am waiting for installation for last 3 days(after product delivery(product delivery days :3 days)). still there is no response from hitachi service people. it was very damn worst response from hitachi.

IF ANY ONE PLAN TO PURCHASE HITACHI AC, PLEASE DONT PURCHASE AFTER THIS MAIL.

IF YOU CAN SPEND ANOTHER 2 THOUSAND, YOU WILL GET A GOOD ac AND SERVICES.

this is my first and last purchase from hitachi, its my fate, i have to wait till service people come and install it.

Poor Service...We bought a HITACHI 1.5 ton AC...n now that we need to get its Service done..d company cant send a person since last 15 days of d complaint made..seems it was a big mistake..as v cant use it d way v want 2..
Bought a 1.5 Ton split AC. Installation took 5 days. I did not operate it for a week and then one fine day i turn it on, only to find that there was no drop in temperature. Called them on April 16th. They registered the complaint and gave me an ETA of 48 hours. That turned out to be 48 working hours (pun intended as they do not work, so "working hours" do not count). By 23rd I hadn't received a return call from the service center. I called them again and I threatened to sue them, a technician visits me only to tell me that there was no gas as it might have leaked during installation. They had no idea who came to install my AC as the installer wasn't one of them. However the person who installed my AC said he did work for Hitachi. God knows who installed my AC. Now what I have come to know that the technicians are on Hitachi payrolls. Is this the reason for the pathetic services after sales? Is this the reason for a drop in their sales? I know YES is the answer for the latter for sure.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST "DON'T BUY ANY HITACHI HOME APPLIANCES" if it matters to anyone.
You would be finding most illiterate and uneducated people in Hitachi.

no service after sale.hitachi make fool o[censored]s . I purchased split ac sugoi model of 1.5 tonn from mr. Deepal, Electronic Point Bhiwani,haryana , after countless mail, phone calles to customer care center there is no response. complaint no. are [protected], and [protected].Even now customer care has denied me register new complaint. Jagdeep Sangwan, Charkhi Dadri, Bhiwani, Haryana.
