HM symphony frauds , cheated me
, Hai, iam santhanakrishnan, 3 years back i booked a appartment in hm symphony sarjapur road, since i paid my entire amount and, promised posession date is over 1 year back, still there is no idea abt posession and there is no work progress, after repeated calls ans mails to their customer care executives and marketing manager / directors, there is no response, instead of positive response they thritten me that, if u make problem we will not give your flat, u can go for a consumer court, it will take 15 years to settle down the case, , u will be the looser this was the answer from the senior manager . dont believe hm symphony they will cheat u

I know for a fact these guys thrive on cheating as it makes for huge profits, with investments from illegal sources, they need to provide huge profits. Check their lifestyle at our cost.
if all people form a forum, then they would not know who all are involved and all don't have to go to police or courts all the time as many people fear, but could have professional people in charge. Else keep on crying, and just writing here and letting them cheat more people.
File criminal case after case for each action, only then they will understand. Don't underestimate people power when many get together, these criminals from kerala called Hanif and Mehboob, who used to meet people from across the border regualarly in their old office abou 10 yrs previously on double road, Blore have now refined their methods and need to be taught a lesson. They may have support of corrupt police officers, but there will be some who will take action under duress from courts.

We deny the baseless, derogatory and abusive false charges that have been made to the organization and its key persons with the intention to malign and bring disgrace to the organization and its key persons. There is no substantiation to such defamatory remarks and it seems more out of some personal vengence with some vested interests. We have been making efforts to trace the contacts of the person who posted this and it was found that the name is fictitious and the contacts are untraceable. It is thereby understood that all the remarks are false and utterly baseless. Hence we have filed a criminal complaint in the cyber crime to trace this person who has posted this false allegation and is also preparing to file a defamation/damage suit to protect the interests of the organization and its key persons.

Yes Sreejith, You are correct. HM Construction’s commitment to customer service was a level above anyone else I have ever worked with in the past. Their commitment to be the best is working. They strive to be better at everything they do and it shows.

We have been doing construction contract with hm constructions, they are very good company.
When i came across this link, I could not resist typing a reply, hm construction careful planning and creativity they helped us maintain the integrity of our historical apartment. I think, you don't like them, that's why you have written like this. This is my observation after reading your Post. :-)
Anyhow, Just sharing my opinion and experience...

Beware of HM Constructions, these people have been posting fake reviews of how pleased their employees are. Just check how many years they take claiming delays due to others after they take money from you, before that they claim to be experts. These cheats will harass you, threaten you once your money has been taken with going to court if you complain on shoddy work and delays. See the post about a legal notice being sent to threaten and fake reviews by them. There are hundreds of complaints, check it out, go back to their projects and check without them, many delayed by over 5 Years. These people are funded by the underworld and any day may crash apart from unfair trade and Competition commission fining them huge amounts. Stay away fro mthem and be free of harassment and losses for years.

Every one is telling about builder is bad, cheater, lire some people uses like bastards also but for every one i would like to share my exp with you guys i bought a flat in HM NIMBUS last month there all documents are fine even future plan also is good coming to land i spent around 30000 for legal opinion its everything clear and now project standards are very good and maintainence also doing well all the time it would be not the same things almost everything changed i feel very happy and i refer my friends also to buy a home and i am planing to buy one more apartment in HM World city phase 3...dont worry about the project and value for money

If you want to be part of groups fighting against builder, welcome in buying property with HM Constructions
NO Accounts of maintenance over last 5 years
NO Facilities, but collects all dues during registration, including Khata, BBMP, so on (all facilities and amenities not even started after 5 years)
No Completion certificate, Khata, or any relevant Govt approvals
Mobile Radiation tower installed without Residents approval
Illegal STP and change of plan without BDA and residents consent...
You can be part of as many cases...consumer court, Section 5, ...

**Do not buy or rent**
I am suffering very badly in H.M.Symphony, Kasavanahalli, Off Sarjapur Road and do not want my fellow citizen to suffer.This apartment is not worth even a single rupee and if you buy or rent, the ordeal that you will face will snatch away all your peace.
The management doesn't even exist for this huge apartment and result:
A. I stay in 13th floor, twice every week the lift doesn't work and absolutely nobody to complain
B. Atleast 4 days a month, the tap goes dry, because the society and promoters are in loggerheads as to who will pay for the tankers
C. Security - Non existant - any body can come and start knocking your apartment, very dangerous. The laundry guy, twice, ran away with peoples clothes
D. Gym, pool, amenities - no body cares about, is non existant
and finally...
The overall manager is a goon, and if you go and complain about lifts, lights, water, gym, et al ...he will threaten you with dire consequences. Unbelievable.
Be careful guys before investing here, stay away from this H.M group, they are bunch of cheaters.
