[Resolved]  HMWSSB — bills not received/misuse of water

i am belongs to KOTHAGUDA, PRASHANTNAGAR, SERILINGAMPALLY(mandal). we are getting bills 1st week in one month, after 20th day in another month. some times the meter reader come after 25th of the month. pl collect the reading in the first week of the month .

i had paid to uppal municipality water bill for consumer no[protected] for full year upto 31/3/2009. but this was not communicated to hwssb and they are showing this amount as arrears.my repeated complaints to the uppal municipality did not get any response. i am 76 years old andf where to go and howmuch i have to spend to get this corrected? added to this problem is the indifference of hwssb in issuing bills. since january this year no bills are issued. do they expect old senior citizens like me to run from pillar to post to know about the bills, payments and redressal of such grievences? my area is served by an office at sainikpuri which is 13 kms away and an up&down trip costs me rs250/

HMWSSB — Man hole cover broken for more then 2 years

Dear Sir,
The man hole cover of the sewerage board is broken and needs immediate replacement. This is causing regular blockages and health concerns to the residents living in this lane.

My name is santosh and we are the residents of kakatiya nagar, neredmet.Actually our problem is that we have our CAN number but we have to change the address since we have owned a new house . The problem is that we have submitted the documents which has our owner address where we have stayed for a period of 10 years for rent ...Now we shifted to new house, the address in that is where we had lived on the basis of rent.Now we have to change the new home address and we are paying the bill regularly...please respond to me...

HMWSSB — bill not receiving/meter reader not coming in regular intervals

CAN[protected]. Meter reader not coming in regular intervals, some times he is coming at the end of month(ex:27/28/29th), some times in the first week of the month(ex:2/3/4th), this month not yet taken the reading. Due to this irregularities we r not getting correct bills.

HMWSSB — overflow of drainage

over flow of drainage from the back side of owr house plot no 944, ubilee hills road no 47 .Customer no is[protected] problem occurs every 15 days. natwer das [protected] .

HMWSSB — sewage blockage of premises

my grievance was registered on[protected] with token no6553 it was not solved but received compliance message. Once again i complaint for the same with token no4569 on[protected] i hope it will be solved immediately within specified time

Rs. 177-13 is always shown as arrears towards interest. Due to this I am not able to book water tank as the water supply is not sufficient enough though water is released in our area i.e., Krishna Nagar Colony, Road No. 7-F, (Near Moulali Housing Board Colony). Further, the agent who is delivering bills is not coming to deliver the bills properly as he comes on his own and we are unable to pay the bills in time and without bills e-seva is not accepting the money towards bill amount. Further, so many illegal motor connections are working during the water supply timings resulting in poor pressure in water supply. All the complaints made to line men, engineers gone in vain.

NO WATER BILL RECEIVED FOR LAST 10 YEARS
