I am a practising advocate and r/o 29-1465/6, Kakatiya Nagar, Neredmet, Secunderabad-56, A.P. and residing in the same premises since 2005 onwards as a tenant. Our House owner Mr. KPR Vittal is working in US and staying there and occasionally visits us. During his recent visit on my persuasion he applied for new water connection vide File / Application no.2011-7-2356 dated 26/7/2011 and accordingly the same was sanctioned and workorder prepared and alloted to GB Contractor 186 Mr. AS Raju. The said contractor laid down the pipe line fro our house accross the road and informed that the connection will be provided in a day or two. After waiting for almost one month we have been informed that that there is no supply source to give the required connection. I am surprised to know that if the there is no supply source / than how the HMWSSB has sanctioned our application and that to without going for feasability details. and alloted workorder to said GB Contractor. The fact is that the immediate neighbour of our is having water connection and if there is no supply source the same is not at all possible. It is understood that the concerned authorities indirectly through the said GB Contractor are harrassing me to heed to their illegal demands so that they may gain something wrongfully.
This is nothing but only to harass the public in general and myself in particular and this act of the HMWSSB amounts to deficiency in services being committed towards the citizens, for which i reserve my rights to initiate appropriate action against all concerned and also to seek damages for the mental agony being caused due to improper acts of all concerned and i hol them all personally liable for the same..
I hereby call upon the Board and concerned authority to look into the matter and do the need full forthwith.
