[Resolved] Home Town — Defective good, delayed delivery, poor customer service | |||
4 pieces of furniture was purchased from Home Town Vikhroli, mumbai Bill Number [protected]. First the delivery was late and after follow ups. Second only half the delivery was done and another date booked for the rest. Third a defective piece was delivered after the delay. Fourth the pieces to assemble was missing. Fifth after repeated reminders they cant arrange for the pieces required from their warehouse to assemble the furniture. As a consequence for 2 weeks furniture is lying unassembled and the defective piece plus parts needed to assemble are still not there. Customer service is very poor with the likes of Sanjay Agarwal, Aruna, Shanti, Ibona all promising dates but no service. Complete money has been taken but no service is provided. MUMBAI — DEFECTIVE SERVICE
if your services are not available for Madhya Pradesh or any of its part, then in what capacity you have accepted the consignment? I have sent courier through DTDC which was "TIME BOUND", then what will I do even if I'll receive my consignment back after 12 days i.e. after expiry of deadline within which my documents have to reach to a address in JABALPUR.I hope that DTDC will take an urgent action on this. This is a clear case of DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE. Why should a customer suffer for negligence of abovesaid COURIER SERVICE? Throughtout the week, service provider is sleeping over my CONSIGNMENT, its reference no. is -M44359494. I tried to enquire the same from your customer services and they didnt bothered to revert back to me. Who is responsible for inordinate delay and my losses- please let me know the same? Sufferer is a legal officer and well aware of CONSUMER LAWS.
Let me know the action initiated from your side at the earliest. Redressal of grievance should be taken without any lapse of time on your part unlike the non- delivery of my consignment.
