[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Refund Issue

I’ll not take much of your time, I actually need some help in obtaining a refund from Home Shop18.
Just that I placed an order[protected]suborder[protected], was not satisfied, sent it back on 17th March, HomeShop18 Portal shows as refunded, have been given a Request Info # 1323997 for the same.

But now some 3 weeks have elapsed and customer service team was not able to mention, what is happening to the refund. By the way it was by credit card

Home Shop 18 — Various issues

Homeshop18 is not good to deal with . All my orders are incomplete & after daily folloup there is no response . I am taking help of my lowyer to file a suit against the HS18 . I have determined to get my money +interest & fine extra . I will definitely see HS 18 . Mob - [protected]

I Purchased GEMINI WATCH ( PAN DRIVE ) on FEB-2009, while I purchase at that time i get good response on Phone. I gate my watch on time but i can't recive Gife Vouchare. the valudati of my Vouchare is still for 31-4-09 April, i try to use it on 20th April-2009, but i cant, i call to their Tele-Coller I told them that i try to use my copun but i can't, they said me that for use that copun you have to Purchase 2500/- Rs. item. I told Him that Why This While i Purchase at that time You can't give me this detail now how can you tell me this. he Disconact the call.

I again call Some Vikarant take my call He said me that you have to Purchase 3500/- Rs. for use that copun, I told him that i call first at that time your friend tell me that you have to Purchase 2500/- Rs item to use this copun Now you are telling me 3500/-Rs. I recuest him to transfer my call in Complaint Department. He transfer call a Girl take the call she also reply the same & she added that this is over term sir i told her that there is nothing like this told by ur caller how can i acceppt this term & on ur web side on payment mode you given this infomation that " if Your Copun value is grater then or equal to item value then pls select the Gift cartificat option" then how can u say this to me.

in this matter i m making complent at hear.

I posted a complaint in April 2009, The refund has been made after I contacted the senior management. Seems the Level-1 and Level-2 customer support was not resolving it-- but the Levels above that were extremely customer friendly and they resolved the issue the very next day and refund cheque was made. I though am a frequent shopper on www.homeshop18.com and feel that the guys who are taking complaints on phone should start acting fast. More or less am still using www.homeshop18.com and would recommend still.

Product had not reached till 7th day, so I complaint number: 75334599, they said u will receive your product within 3 to 4 days. On 4th day I received message that u r product is out of stock. How come my order is out of stock when I heaved placed my Oder 11days back, worst callcenter people, they give many different reasons for not receiving order. I just need an answer if I hav pleased an order how can it be out of stock? if it is out of stock then why was my order pleased? And why I come to know after 11days ?
I actually need some help in obtaining a refund from Home Shop18.

sent it back on 7th Nov 2012, HomeShop18 . have been given a Request for refund[protected] for the same.

I had asked my citi bank credit card to stop payment but they told me that by using Approval----No 560502
only home shop18 can refund.

If this complaint is taken seriously by top management it could leave a good impact on ecommerce business of HS18, I a frequent online shopper and it was my first experience with HS18 Order number:[protected],[protected] but I must say HS18 is on first spot in worst customer care service and slow delivery competition, I know this is very critic comment but this is the truth. I would suggest if your customer care guys can be bit polite instead of Haryanvi speaking Jaats.
I have been waiting since last 1 month for delivery of my product but no progress more over customer care executive canceled my order without my request and more surprisingly without informing me. I want my product can someone help in delivering my product.

Hello i ordered for a Nikon camera wide order no:[protected]Nikon Coolpix L26 16.1 MP Digital Camera (Black) Colour Black ). I received this order on dated 30 oct2012. But while check out later i found that there is a small round spot inside in the main screen of the camera. There is round spot inside in the main screen.At a first chance anyone see this.This is totally a defective piece and it is not a good service. This is cheating.I paid my bill in advance through credit card. This does not mean that you delivered a rejected or defective piece to me. I already raised/compliant a tickets and send two pictures of camera to customer care but in response customer care people say that "GO TO NIKON SERVICE CENTRE" and it is not their responsibility. i just want to replace my order.

I have purchased Godrej 185 L Direct Cool Refrigerator GDE 195 BX1 on Sunday, April 21, 2013 which is delivered to me in faulty condition. As per instruction given in user manual I installed it. 1st time-"Sir your Problem will be solved within 2 days".
2nd time-"Sir your Problem will be solved within 72 hours".
3rd time-"Sir I have mailed your complain to vender he will contact you today".
4th time (on Monday 29th April) -" Sir i will talk to vender and get back to you post lunch".
But till now (4th may 2013), I didn’t get any call or solution (neither from vender nor from Relationship Team of Homeshop18).

It is really surprising for me that a relationship team member himself commits to inform me at the same day but not replied me. More surprising thing was, after the referral of customer care team the whole relationship team not responded while it's been 3 days.



So i am requesting to help me in replacing this faulty product.

Seems the Level-1 and Level-2 customer support was not resolving it. I though am a mot frequent shopper on www.homeshop18.com and feel that the guys who are taking complaints on phone should start acting fast. More or less am not using www.homeshop18.com in future and would not recommend to any one .

American Diamond Necklace Set by The Pari order no[protected] The order placed on March 25 and was delivered by April 4th. The product delivered was damaged and it was a return from a customer in Mumbai. The vendor/Homeshop has not even removed the cover from return and had just packed and sent. Placed a replacement order on April 4th itself and from that day onwards I am still waiting. Raised numerous tickets and called customer care department several times. The order was picked up only on April 21st awaiting replacement. Money was paid in full and no response from HS18 too. Issue is still not resolved . The replacement Order No[protected] is waited since April 25 and the related ticket numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected], 99673347, 99319775. It was supposed to be delivered by May 8th now its again postponed to May 10th. Home shop 18 customer care has been bad and the call agents have no clue, they are not well trained and highly disappointing treatment from home shop 18. The first order which was sent was damaged and the replacement is not done yet. They donot have any floor supervisors or any higher authority HS18 are being run by some crazy people. please donot shop there .Very disappointed with vendor and HS18 for the service provided .

hello sir, this mail is regarding order no 77423223 Trident 20 Pc Family Towel Pack purchased on 29 april, 14.. u will b surprised first why i am sending mail after such a long time. dis is bcoz i started using towels just 2 weeks back...coz obviously towel is such thing dat we donot start using the next day we receive.. but after u dispose ur old towels den only u open the pack n start any new fresh towel piece.. so now after 2 months i came to know about the problems..

first of all these cannot be trident towels..i m using trident towels from such a long time n i hav used almost every type of trident but never seen such a type.. its useless totally. its stuff is just sticking to skin everytime my family uses it..one may feel annoyed after using it.. doesnot absorb water well.. even a big bazaar hand towel stuff worth rs 20-30 is much better den this. i guess i hav received duplicate trident towels.. plz tak it back.. all these 20 towels are useless for me.. m a regular customer of homeshop18.. so many things i hav purchased but this issue i hav faced first time. so plz pay attention to it n do the needful to maintain my trust on ur company..
