[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Product Not received sent for compaint | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile (Blue Mobile Dual sim) from Home Shop 18 on 22 dec, 2008 it's bill no. is 7074996, After few month the mobile get dead and stop working, I made a complaint of my mobile (complaint no is 1278581) and sent it on 2 Aprl, 09 via DTDC courier service, they have received it on 3rd Aprl, 09. After this I regularly contancting them for my mobile to get repaired but every time they said you will recieved it after 10 days and still I have not recieved my mobile. On 12th May 09 when I again inquiry them for my mobile and there customer care executive says very rudely, you should sent your mobile to the appropriate service center, we will do as we are doing and you will get your mobile when our formal process get complete. They are worst in delivery and follow ups. Doesn't care about customer. Please spread this to entire world that HS18 is not a good service provider as per our experiences.
