One of our customers Mr. Sonker has raised a concern regarding receipt of a defective product and requested for refund for his order of Energy Economizer on his blog posted on 11h August, 2009. Under our promise of 15 days money back guarantee, we have requested him the send back the product. On receipt of the product, we shall initiate a refund for his order value. This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
