[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Refund not received

Hi,

I raised an online order for ION media player.
firstly it was not received within duration as per comany commitment.
When recieved the product it was partial and of another comapany. So I sent back the product to Home shop 18 and requested for refund of money . After each 2 days I kept calling to their customer care and keeping the follow up thorugh email also. But no responce received. Now its been three months, I am waiting for my refund back.
Kindly advise.

Recently I placed an order for a Digital Camera. The money was paid through electronic transfer (ICICI). Within minutes I got an email confirming my order. But surprisingly within next 30 minutes I got another email informing me about cancellation of my order, without assigning any reason whatsoever, and refund being processed.

Though I have been communicating with them about the reason for cancellation nobody is willing to reply.

Regarding refund, I am told that a cheque will be sent to me within next 10-12 days. Again no explanation why a cheque is being sent, while I had made an electronic transfer of fund and the money should have been put back to my account.

Looks like it is either a bogus or cheat company and you cannot be assured of either a product or a refund, if you have already paid for the same. If at all the safest will be to place the order on COD (Cash on Delivery) basis.

I have already a this type problem . I purcase a product but due to some reason i have not received from courier . When i am calling the customer care centre they are telling diffrent thing every time.i want to complaint against hs18. but i dont know how i can get my money.

I have ordered a digital camera But surprisingly it was not working & just like a show piece. I complaint to home shop 18 for refund of money but they suggested me to get replacement as it was a good product with good scheme. I agree with them & get the replacement but the same piece was given to me as the replacement . When I again complaint to get my money back they told me Now they cant do any thing & money cannot be refunded, . Its only a cheating & nothing.
I think u all should write your complaints at complaintsboard.com, as a case was solved immediately, check urself may be that is the site HS18 Customer Service people follow

When recieved the product it was broken and old. So I sent back the product to Home shop 18 and requested for refund of money . After each 4 or 5 days I kept calling to their customer care. Now its been 20 days, I am waiting for my refund back.

These online marketing companies should be banned by the Govt. they are just cheating the people. I had just worked with such a type of company(India Today Book Club) as a Customer care Executive over there for nearly 7-8 months and got in touch with so many Customers who were being cheated by the Agents over there. Firstly they were given misscommitment inorder to achieve their sales targets but when the Customer cames to know about the reality and asks for the refund the minimum time for the refund will be not less than 4 months.

During these 8 months, I got a very nice experience. I came to know how these companies deal with their customers. And I will never be cheated by them.So I want to share my experience with all of you not to deal with such Organizations

The Customer Care Executives are also well trained over there. Now i resigned over there because there I was honest to the Company but not to the Customers with whome we are dealing and I dont want to cheat people...

Homeshop18 — imedia mobile is not in working in 8 month

I have purchased one imedia mobile phone before 8 mounth and which touchscreen was not in working so mobile phone is useless and i wound not get value for money.i want to repair it but that think is not available in ourt city plese tell me how it can be repair or replace i have not a good experience of homeshop18
