[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — wrong commitments

This is a very serious complaint against the Entire network of HomeShop18.
How the team missguides the customer on phone, How they talks sweetly before money transaction from customers account.
How they are very irresponsible about, wether the customer gets the product or not.
lots of bad experiences i have faced with Homeshope18 within this festive season.

After watching the product details on CNBC AWAZ, i have ordered a Fuzifilm camera of Rs.10, 000/- on 26th of sep.08, with the commitment follows to deliever it within 7 working days.
and paid the amount from my friends credit card on the same day.
after the money paid to your network, till now after one month, there is no phone call from HS18, wether i have received the product or not.
i am continously calling from last 15 days to HS18, and every time the executive says sorry for delay, you will get the product within two days.and also you will receive a call from us at 10 o clock or after 2hrs.
but till now there were no calls from HS18, i have received yet.

Daily i am visiting to the DTDC couriour office for any receivings..
All the festivals of dashehra, karva chauth have been passed and now Diwali is on 28thoct. i am going on leave from saturday and no hope that i can get the product before saturdey.
I need my product till saturday otherwise i need my money back till saturdey so then i can make the purchase from shop.

IF HS18 STAFF IS HAVING ANY DEGNITY IN ITSELF, PLS RESPONCE IMMIDIATLY..

I RECEIVED A COUPEN OF RS.500 WITH YOUR PRODUCT. BUT WHEN I ASK ADJUST COST THIS COUPEN WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT BUT I RECEIVE ANSWER FROM YOUR EXECUTIVE THAT YOUR COUPEN NO. IS NOT CORRECT SORRY WE COULD NOT GIVE YOU REBATE ON THIS COUPEN. PLEASE TEL ME IF YOU PROVIDE ME THIS COUPEN THEN HOW CAN SAY YOU THAT COUPEN IS NOT CORRECT OR IT FALSH.
I have ordered a 6.2MP Camera on 4th Dec. 2008, quantity is (4) pies only, but i have recieved only 3 camera's, three times i complaint this fault.But till date i haven't received any call or invoice for my order. now i complaint in customers care, SO they were asking that, your complaint will be procced, what the hell is this, i want solid reason behind this. why i m not getting my product.

I m 100% agree with the above. I have ordered an Intex DVD player from HS18 and I have send a cheque of Rs. 2450/- to them. but after 2 months they say that the product is out of stock. Still they have not refund my money. If they don't do within this week, I will pull them in consumer court and make them realize their fault. They are making fool out of people. They just work within them self and have no concern about the customer. Government should do something to put ban on such organizations.

Owners of Homeshope18 are not true to their words. Vide Bill No. 3073 dated 6.1.2008 of CLAEION TRADE IMPEX OF New DELHI Slimming Exerciser Manual( supplied on order with HOME SHOP 18 ) has gone out of Order. This product was supplied on approval basis. Coplaint has been lodged vide Coplaint No. 1088376. But no response has been received from the Home Shop 18.

I have purchased a product name "children laptop of Rs 999 ( mitashi company) with 34 activities" from homeshoping 18 .com my transaction ID was[protected] .I received a children laptop of Rs 999 ( mitashi company) from your shopping through courier. I was been paid the full amount by cash on the date of 22nd feb/2009 by the "BLUE DART"courier, meerut. but after erase the packing of laptop and after change the battries the product not respond..., then I called up there customer care executive and defined my problem regarding the product he told your product will be picked from your residence by "TNT" courier service and it will returned to the concern merchant your money will be refunded.but after call on the no. of "TNT" they answer that they can't accept the order.now i again called up ur homeshop customer care executive but they say that they can't be exchange, refund the order.

this is my heartly request plz refund my money back as soon as possible..

still u have not given your address, where i can send your G-500 ONIDA MOBILE WHICH IS HANGED, SINCE 45 DAYS. IWANT YOUR COMPLETE ADDRESS WITH PROPER LANDMARK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE I WILL FILE A CASE IN COURT AGAINST YOU ABOUT YOUR FRAUDNESS.

Your closing statement in every feedback is mockery of the complainants. Why dont you remove this sentence ? "This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers."
Friends I am also one of the harrassed customer of HS18.

I am totally agree with Mr. Rahul Sharma that Govenment should ban such kind of fradulant business airing in India freely and making people fool.

HS18 always commit the delivery within 7-10 working days but do not deliver the product before 30 days untill and unless you follow up with them continuesly.

It seems that the main business of HS18 is making money (interest) on the money of people.

I am waiting for my IFB Microwave from last seven days.
Even I contacted with local IFB dealer also, he is unable to deliver because he is not having stock.(As he replied)

Last year also I bough a DVD palyer for which I got the delivery after 45 days.

After watching the product details on HS18 i have ordered a 2 pcs. of Whirlpool 20 Ltr Solo Mechanical Microwave Oven Product Code: 101335 of Rs. 6, 980/- on 19th of November 2010, with the commitment follows to deliver it within 7 working days and paid the amount from my credit card on the same day.
after the money paid to your network, till now after one month, there is no delivery .
i am continuously calling from last 15 days to HS18, and every time the executive says sorry for delay, you will get the product within two days and when I am asking them for reason they said Sir please expect your order in 3 to 4 days.

but till now there is no confirmation of dispatching my order.

I SUGGEST WITH MY EXPERIENCE THAT PLEASE DONT PAY ADVANCE TO THEM, I[censored] WANT TO BUY A PRODUCT THEN CHOOSE PAYMENT ON DELIVERY.
