First of all, We were sent an Incomplete product from VLCC Facial Kit which is of no use unless we purchase again!!!
What they sent to us instead of 2 packs of Facial was one Item completely missing from the Kit. If Manipulation with Seals is happening, where is the guarantee of ensuring safety of the product reaching you in full form??
Are they Fooling most of the Customers here?
Also We started seeing aggressive promotion of the same product on TV since this happened & were wondering who buys this stuff??
Starting from 22nd October till Today 27th December 2011 we haven't received any Genuine response from them but only this below:
